BT1: Large Blade-Tech Tek-Lok for Kydex Sheaths
Blade-Tech
The Tek-Lok is an innovative belt loop system that works on the Subcom FB (BO012), MPT (BO591, BO592) or Ti-Mariner (BO501, BO511) models. The locking system allows the knife to be carried in the vertical or horizontal position on your belt or web gear. Fiber reinforced nylon.
The TEK-LOK is a field proven multi-functional quick detachable utility belt clip. It can be fastened to virtually any kind of product and is highly popular for use on holsters, magazine carriers, phone holsters, knife sheaths and many other types of accessories. It can be mounted in many configurations to suit specific carry applications using eyelets, rivets, screws or with both screws and posts. It was designed and patented by Tim Wegner & Robert Terzuola, US Patent # 6,145,169.
With the simple motion of a thumb or finger, the redundant lock rotates out of the way to allow the user to pinch the retaining tabs and conveniently remove the Tek-Lok from the belt. It is readily adjustable to accommodate belts from 2.25 inches down to 1.25 inches.
NOTE: Tek Lok will be securely attached even if only two of the screws are used. The third included screw is an extra.
