As a drill Sergeant for Pathfinders this whistle works fantastic and it is exactly what I needed. When you blow this whistle, even with minimal effort, it will instantly get the attention of hundreds of youth and they will immediately cease talking and pay attention. Of course this whistle is also superb for a plethora of other safety and signalling purposes as well. They are lightweight and inexpensive and a must have for your kit.
