The Condor Dynasty DaDao Sword is a very hefty sword (much heftier than the picture makes it look). This stout sword makes an excellent chopper.  The Dadao sword is definitely one of the best buys for a WWII Chinese broad sword style blade on the market!  When you hold it you will have no doubts about the quality and power of this fine weapon. The point of balance is about an inch-and-a-half in front of the guard, which gives it a lively feeling in the hand. The handle scales are polished hardwood with a nice finish that handsomely accents the sword.  The ring on the end of the hilt provides a solid and secure grip.  While it looks great, the Da Dao Sword is not a show piece, it is a battle ready sword that functions just as well as it looks with a polished sharpened edge.
