I own the Fairbairn and Applegate, these are perfect but weight is not the same, a great training tool!
Great tool for teaching and practice. It also works nicely as a stress reliever. We'll be sitting there watching Netflix and before you know it theres a rubber knife in your ribs. what you gonna do??? nothing. bc you're ded. When you re-spawn, maybe you'll practice situational awareness some more.
Excellent addition to my training blades. I like that it comes in a set of two as I like training with a partner who shares the same weapon I am using. Highly recommend.
I have used these particular training blades for many years and find that they hold up very well with student use. They are soft and round enough that they don't cause any injuries. Also, they keep their shape even after years of hard use. They work very well for both Silat (traditional) and reverse grip. They're "must have" trainers!
