Best knife for the money. Been using the same one for 30 years of hard use & it's still as sharp as new. Why do you think the killer in the movie Scream chose this knife?
He loved it. He said it was the one he did not have and I knew that so I ordered it. There are 3 grades of metal. This is a good one-- good size-- good balance-- a pretty knife. If your man likes knives then He will like this one.
I bought this knife in 1974 when I joined the Army. I served in the airborne infantry and Special Forces and had this knife on my side everyday. I took it all around the world and still use it today. The sheath wore out before the knife.

This is a great knife. It holds an edge well and will easily sharpen as long as you do not let it go completely dull. If you let that happen you will have to start from groung zero with a stone to get it back just like any knife. I use it as my heavy utility knife when camping and hunting. It is more than adequate in a pinch when you need more than a leatherman can provide.
