The NOC is intended to support and sustain those quiet professionals who require multiple passports and iron-clad plausible deniability to complete a job "off record". In silent circles, the acronym "NOC" is known as (Non-Official Cover) and this knife is all business...period. It is built from CPM-S30V stainless steel and hardened to 57-58 Rockwell Hardness. It's a purposefully overbuilt combat push dagger and includes a nice Kydex sheath with ball chain for neck carry. Built to the most demanding standards, the NOC is part of Atlas Dynamic Defense's 2016 debut to the tactical knife community. This knife has been extensively field-tested in the rugged environment of the Southern Appalachians and is currently being tested in the jungles of Central America.

As with all Atlas Dynamic Defense knives, their patent pending Atlas hardware makes each model's handle scales user-serviceable and removable without the use of specialized tooling. To remove, change the scales or wrap the handle in 550 paracord, the user can simply use a coin, rifle/pistol cartridge or another flat object to spin the exterior hardware. It's simple, quick and can be done in the field. Each knife can be lashed to a pole or made into a spear easily in extreme survival situations.
