Read Reviews | Write a ReviewThis is a decent leather sheath at a really good price. The handle keeper snap strip was a little tight at first but stretched right out after I put some neatsfoot oil on it and snaped it over the handle and then slowly over hours/days pushed the handle up so a thicker part of the handle was under the strap. Now it's perfect. The leather is fine. You can tell it's not top quality, but its probably better than you should get for the price.
The length of the sheath is actually right for the 7" ka-bar. It is a little longer than it needs to be but that is because there is a hole in the bottom for a lanyard so it has to be a little long. The tip of the blade on my knife comes just to the top of the hole, so it is the right length. I like it better than the weird blocky plastic sheath that came with my ka-bar.
