The Ontario Strap Cutter/Rescue Tool is super flat tool and is coyote brown finished. The Strap Cutter features a replaceable razor sharp blade. This is the ideal tool for Emergency Rescue personnel to safely and quickly cut seatbelts. Also works great for opening those stubborn MRE pouches. The high strength machined aluminum handle, will not melt or shatter. An oxygen wrench is machined into the handle. Finger grooves and hand catch provide sightless orientation. Includes a flame retardant MOLLE compatible sheath.
