Love this Item. Been using it for almost 2 months. Visual inspection and use indicate that it is constructed of excellent material. Travels easy and the knife is sharp enough to handle steaks, chops, chicken fried steak and everything else I carry for lunch. Comes apart and snaps together fairly easily which ensures it will not separate in my bag. Easy to clean. Much easier and safer than bringing a knife and fork from home.
This spork gets a five star rating. It does its job extremely well.
I ordered this more out of curiosity than anything else. Now it stays in my bag just in case I need an all purpose eating utensil. I am going to buy a couple more for camping and just to have around in general. To my surprise, the knife will actually cut steak! Don't let the plastic fool you. The knife is no joke.as long as you use it for its intended purpose. You won't be carving any wooden statues with it but you will not have a problem cutting into a nice juicy piece of meat.
Spork "spoon" is rather small, and the tip of the knife bent trying to go through an empty plastic Pepsi bottle (I was able to straighten it back to original). Still, its a functional utensil you could conceivably defend yourself with.
Perfect for my lunch for work.
