Spyderco C190CFP Ed Schempp Bowie Carbon Fiber Folding Knife (3.72 Inch S30V Satin Plain Blade) Carbon Fiber/G10 Handle
This product is no longer available, but don't go just yet.
The Schempp Bowie folding knife designed by custom knife maker Ed Schempp and precision manufactured by Spyderco Knives is a robust folder that is a great addition to the acclaimed Spyderco Ethnic Series, translating the style and spirit of the classic American Bowie into a highly functional folder optimized for EDC. The Schempp Bowie is similar in appearance to the Spyderco Navaja, but every other design aspect besides the materials and overall shape is different. The CPM S30V blade has an iconic clip point profile and a full-flat grind for enhanced cutting performance. The blade tucks into a coffin-shaped handle that features skeletonized stainless steel liners, textured carbon fiber/G10 laminate scales, a solid steel backspacer, and dovetailed old-school bolsters with an integral double guard. A stout liner lock mechanism with a reversible deep-pocket wire clip competes this state-of-the-art expression of a true American classic.
