This parang-style machete features a 3/16" thick 14.125" long 1095 Cro-Van steel blade and the Adventuregrip textured zytel handles. This knife is built to clear brush, split fire wood, and hammer in tent pegs with ease. Comes with a MOLLE compatible Cordura sheath and is proudly made in the USA.

My husband did his research on machetes and chose this one for his Christmas list. I purchased it for him and he was not disappointed! He happily demonstrated its capabilities to me on a box, compared to the cheap one he had from Walmart. Night and day; the blade on the Parangatang is not going anywhere! We are both very pleased with the purchase.
